Service/Sales Representative
At National Programming Service, we recognize what you want out

Chances are you are already familiar with our products: Showtime,
The MOVIE Channel, Flix, HBO, Starz!, and many other cable services.
Up to four weeks of paid training will fully prepare you to field
calls in our Inbound or Outbound Departments, assisting our customers
in selecting their cable services on satellite and resolving customer
issues.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take orders and respond to objections in order to close the sale.
- Research, analyze and satisfy customer inquiries (Windows-based
computer skills required)
- Interact with other departments to facilitate a resolution to
customer issues
- Spend 95% of time each day on the phone.
The preferred candidate:
- Will be required to have at least one-year successful sales, telephone
sales (automatic dialer experience helpful, but not required) or
call center experience. You must enjoy working on the phone and
be willing and able to sit for long periods of time wearing a telephone
headset.
- Will be a high energy individual with a highly professional manner
and a customer-driven focus, determined to win and maintain customers
through superior service.
- Will be willing to answer calls within a standard set by management
and have a strong commitment to team sales goals.
- Will have an articulate speaking voice, organizational skills
and logic skills.
- Will have the ability to work an 8-hour shift within the call
center’s operational hours (Monday-Saturday, 8am – midnight,
Sunday, 12pm – 9pm)
