We are AllAmericanDirect.com. We are a nationwide Distant Network provider. We have been in the satellite business for over 20 years & providing distant networks for several years.
Who can I contact if I am not eligible for Distant Networks?
You will need to request a waiver. This waiver process could take up to 30 - 60 days. PLEASE know that this process is mandated by federal regulations, and AllAmericanDirect.com must follow all regulations. Waivers can be ordered online through our web site www.MyDistantnetworks.com. Enter your information on the home page. You will then move to the next screen to request waivers. Or you can simply call us at 1-800-909-9677 to start the waiver process.
Why can I no longer receive my distant networks from DISH Network?
There was a court ordered injunction against DISH Network prohibiting them from providing Distant Networks after 12/01/06. However, the good news is that AllAmericanDirect.com can provide these networks to you.
Where will I receive my channels?
You will receive your Distant Network channels on channels 241 to 248 on your DISH Network system.
After subscribing, how long will it take for the channels to activate?
You should receive your Distant Network channels within 24-48 hours.
Will I still receive my UPN & CW channels?
Yes, you will still receive these channels through DISH Network as you have in the past.
Will I receive the same distant networks?
AllAmericanDirect.com will perform proper eligibility testing on every network for every interested customer. Therefore, if you are a qualified eligible customer, you may choose to receive the eligible (ABC – CBS – NBC – FOX) networks. We have decided to bundle both coasts feeds for each network. Therefore, when you subscribe to an eligible network, you will receive both the San Francisco & Atlanta feeds for that network. You will receive both feeds for the same price of the individual network.
How much do the Distant Networks cost?
$2.99 per month per network or packaged priced at $10.99 per month for all four. You will receive both the San Francisco & Atlanta feeds for each network.
Do I pay AllAmericanDirect.com for my Distant Networks?
Yes. With a valid major credit or debit card, you can automatically pay for your eligible networks on-line at www.MyDistantNetworks.com. This method will automatically charge your selected credit or debit card each month. *
Credit Cards Accepted: We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. (Note: We do not accept American Express.)
Will I still be paying DISH Network for the other programming I am currently receiving (Non Distant Networks)?
Yes, your DISH Network bill will also be reduced by the amount you were paying them for the Distant Networks. Please remember, we are independent from DISH Network, and you will pay each company independently.
