From Our Subscribers
Dear folks At NPS,
I am a long time subscriber to the C-Band and have enjoyed it thoroughly throughout the many years, and I'm talking a lot here, since 1987. I have subscribed to many programmers over those years, but without a doubt, yours is by far the most dedicated to customer service of any I've subscribed from. Within the last 5 or so years I have been constantly bombarded by the other guys, and you know who I'm talking about, Netlink,Superstar, Turner, and they have harrassed me to no end to get a small dish and do away with my big dish. Some day I might do just that, but, until the quality of the picture matches or exceeds that of the big dish, then I'll never switch. Any one with common sense that has ever seen the picture quality of the big dish verses the small one, will notice a remarkable difference right away.
I cant for the life of me understand why the customers of the small dish will settle for such horrid substandard tv reception from those small dishes. Not only that, but everytime we get a heavy, cloud day, then the reception is lost on the small dish. That is a fact, not to mention chronic rain fade. If I were a customer of the small dish, I guarantee that customer service would hate me as I would complain on a daily basis about the inferior product, and would probably contact an attorney and sue for failure to receive what I paid for. So really now is not the time for me to go small dish. Which brings me back to you. I am and have been very satisfied across the board with you and your CSR's as they have always been curteous and friendly to talk with and have always fixed any problems that I may have had. Plus you have strived to keep us with as many channels as possible and brought back some that left and for that I truly am thankful. So on behalf of all of us who never speak up I am talking for us all here. Thank you all very much for a job well done!!
Sincerely,
Dale Ballou
Kansas City, Missouri
