the Exceptional CSRs on the NPS Team
Regina O'Neal
"I misunderstood the billing I received on renewing this years
package. Regina, your thoughtful help in continuing my service while
my check was enroute is greatly appreciated. Thank you for going above
and beyond your job as a customer service rep to take care of me.
In addition, your knowledge of the packages and the hardware I use
helped me obtain just what I needed. Thank you for your service and
consideration. I look forward to a continuing relationship with NPS."
Mr. John Dunworth took the time to let me know what an excellent CSR
we have in Regina O'Neal. He said she did a "bang up" job
in getting his renewal together.
Martha Small wanted to let us know what an incredible job Regina O'Neal
did in getting her package together. She said Regina was thoughtful
and knowledgeable.
Michael Ghosh
Mr. Michael Bost stated that he received great customer service from
Michael Ghosh. He also said that Michael was very informative and
was able to answer all his questions.
Sue Srader
Mrs. Kidwell wanted to relay to us how pleased she was to have spoken
with Sue Shrader. Her exact words were "Sue was knowledgeable,
friendly, and patient". She said she couldn't have been treated
any better. She asked that Sue be recognized and even indicated that
she may check back with another supervisor to make sure that it really
did happen.
Ethel Alden
Mike Truax took the time to let us know what an exceptional job Ethel
Alden did with his account. Ethel was able to resolve a problem that
had been going on for quite some time. This is one of the things that
encouraged this particular customer to stay with our company instead
of going elsewhere. Thank you Ethel for doing a wonderful job and
listening to the customer.
NPS customer, Kurt Justice, mentioned what a great job Ethel did in
explaining our programming and how well she treated him. He was pleased
on her knowledgeable and helpful customer service. Thanks Ethel for
